Srymanit Huot is a Year 4 Accounting and Finance student passionate about Internet Governance. Through Local APIGA, she aims to promote digital literacy, inclusivity, and youth engagement in Cambodia's digital future.

Socheata Sokhachan, a Management of Information Systems graduate, specializes in AI, data science, and digital inclusion for low-resource languages. She is a Community Fellow at the Internet Society and Head of Community Engagement at NetMission.Asia, actively contributing to IGF, APNIC, ICANN, and Youth IGFs in Cambodia and the Asia-Pacific.

Hongtholly Honey, a graduate in Economics and Management, is skilled in coordination and communication. She was involved in YIGF 2024 and Cambodia ICT Camp 2024 as an ODC intern.
